Air conditioning, start to finish.
Six services covering everything from a new install to the duct run behind a room that never cools down.
AC Installation
A new system sized for your space and installed clean, including new construction and build-outs.
We size the system to the building rather than to the box that will fit, then handle the set, the line work, the electrical tie-in and the startup. New builds and additions welcome. You get a quoted price before the work begins.
AC Replacement
Swapping out a system that has reached the end, without turning it into a two-day ordeal.
Old unit out, new unit in, tested before we leave. If your system is past ten or twelve years, needs repairs often, or your power bill has climbed for no obvious reason, replacement is usually the cheaper answer across the life of the equipment. We will tell you when it is not.
AC Uninstallation
Safe removal and haul-away, done properly and without damaging what stays behind.
Refrigerant recovered to code, electrical isolated, the unit and pad taken away. Useful for demolition, renovations, and anywhere a system is coming out before something else goes in.
Equipment & Duct Services
Where most comfort problems actually live. Airflow, ductwork, and the parts nobody sees.
Rooms that never cool down are usually a duct problem rather than a unit problem. We inspect the run, seal what is leaking, correct undersized returns, and put the airflow back where the design intended it.
System Maintenance
$90
A full check-over that catches the small failures before they become July failures.
Coils cleaned, refrigerant charge checked, electrical connections tightened, capacitor tested, drain line cleared, airflow verified. Twice a year is the interval that actually prevents breakdowns in this climate.
Annual Maintenance Contract
Scheduled care across the year, so the system gets looked at before the season it has to survive.
Planned visits on a set schedule, documented, so nothing depends on remembering to book it. Suited to landlords, businesses, and anyone running more than one system.
$60
One flat call-out fee to come and find the fault. You hear the price for the work before anything starts.

You hear the price before the work
The service call brings a technician out and covers diagnosing the fault. Whatever it turns out to be, you get a number for the repair, and nothing happens until you agree to it.
- No hourly meter
- You are not paying for how long it takes to work out what is wrong.
- No surprise invoice
- The figure you approve is the figure on the bill.
- No upsell to a new system
- If it needs a part, you get a part. Replacement gets recommended when the numbers actually say so.
